This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Moryto.in, an e-commerce platform operated from India, offering lifestyle, home, and personal care products.
By placing an order on Moryto.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is missing parts or accessories
The product delivered does not match the order placed
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Personal care, hygiene, and cosmetic products once opened or used
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)
Gift cards or promotional items
Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support through the Contact Us page on Moryto.in
Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return
Share supporting images or videos if requested
Once approved, we will provide instructions for return pickup or self-shipment.
Return Pickup & Shipping
Return pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
If pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
Return shipping costs will be borne by Moryto.in only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
Approval of refund or replacement is at the sole discretion of Moryto.in.
If the product fails inspection, the return request may be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Refund processing time:
5–10 business days after approval
Additional time may be required by banks or payment gateways
Replacement / Exchange
Replacement will be provided for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Damaged Packages at Delivery
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
Do not accept the delivery, or
Take clear photos/videos and report to us within 24 hours of delivery
Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
Refund for Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Customers must provide correct bank/UPI details to process the refund.

Moryto.in reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
